What we can help with
- A fact that looks wrong. Hours move, shops close and the trading calendar changes through the year. Tell us and we will check it against the market's own pages.
- A tour that has changed. Operators move their meeting points and change what they include. If a listing no longer matches what we say, we want to know.
- A question we have not answered. If it is a good one it usually ends up on the FAQ page.
What we cannot help with
We do not take bookings, hold reservations or issue refunds. Every booking is made with the operator running that walk, and cancellations go through them. Their terms are on the page you book from, and each of our cards states the refund window before you click.
Who we are
